Spin to Win Competition Rules

1. Eligibility

1.1. This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

1.2. Employees of ARCH Holdings, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry

2.1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2.2. To enter, participants must visit the Spin To Win Wheel and follow the instructions to spin the virtual wheel.

2.3. Each participant is allowed one spin during the competition period.

2.4. Should a entrant win an Online Entrepreneurship Course, they need to have access to a laptop with internet and be under the age of 36. If they do not fall within these spectrums, the prize will be given to another person. 

3. Competition Period

3.1. The competition begins on 16 June 2024 at 00h01 and ends on 16 June 2024 at 23h59

4. Prizes

4.1. The prizes available to be won will be displayed on the virtual wheel and may include:

Water Bottles, Pens and an Online Entrepreneurship Course

4.2. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

4.3. ARCH Holdings reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. Winners will be determined by the result of the virtual wheel spin.

5.2. Winners will be notified immediately on the screen after their spin.

5.3. Winners must follow the instructions provided to claim their prize right after they have spun the wheel.

5.4. If a winner does not claim their prize within the specified time, the prize will be forfeited.

6. General Conditions

6.1. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of ARCH Holdings, which are final and binding in all respects.

6.2. ARCH Holdings reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the competition if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond ARCH Holdings’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the competition.

6.3. ARCH Holdings reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the competition or to be acting in violation of these rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

7. Privacy

7.1. Any personal information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with ARCH Holdings’ Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless ARCH Holdings, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition or any prize won.

9. Governing Law

9.1. This competition and these rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
